Meeting is much more than just leaning back and listening. It is not for nothing that meeting is an action verb. In our view, meeting means exchanging viewpoints. Stimulating and inspiring each other. Jointly searching for a common denominator or innovative ideas. Whether you want to meet in a quiet setting or without pulling any punches. Each site has its own MediaBand that gives your meeting the proper colour effects. And that can furthermore be used as a whiteboard. This way you use meetingmoods to select a location that matches your objective.

For small and medium-sized groups
Depending on your objective you can choose from 28 meeting areas. Each located on one of the four floors of the Beatrix Building. Meetingmoods not only offers custom approaches for small groups of 12 persons. It also optimally serves groups of 275 persons. Each location is equipped with luxurious designer chairs produced by Dutch designers, a built-in projector, a projection screen and modern display and sound equipment, as standard features. Access to wireless internet is provided free of charge.

Catering arrangements: down to the finest details
Stimulating the senses in order to bring out the best in people. That is what meetingmoods stands for. Our catering seamlessly fits into this concept. This takes the experience a step further than just seeing, hearing and feeling. Taste and Scent also play a decisive role. So enjoy the huge variety of fruit juices, drinks and specialty coffees (available from the TOP coffee dispensers on every floor). And enjoy the fine taste of the culinary lunches or dinners.
